Nicole's focus is on providing estate planning services that help families and individuals rest easy knowing they have planned for tomorrow, TODAY. Her practice is devoted exclusively to estate planning and probate.
Ms. Quathamer graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in Cleveland, Ohio (1999) and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio (1995). She is a licensed member of the Georgia Bar and licensed (inactive) member of the Ohio Bar. She is still a proud Ohio State Buckeye fan!
She worked as an associate then partner in a mid-sized Ohio law firm for 12 years before relocating to Georgia. She later formed Quathamer Law and transitioned her practice to focus exclusively on estate planning and probate matters.
Ms. Quathamer has significant experience in civil litigation matters for businesses of all sizes, including employment and discrimination matters, breach of contract disputes, product liability claims, consumer class actions, premises liability, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, and other general commercial litigation matters.
Professional activities and community service have included Northwest Cobb YMCA Advisory Board, Lost Mountain Kiwanis, Acworth Business Association, the Ford Elementary School Foundation Board, the Towards Employment Board, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association Chair of Women in Law Section and Minority Clerkship Committee, The Diversity Center of Northeast Ohio LeadDIVERSITY Alumni, and Cleveland Bar Foundation “Books for Kids” Co-Chair. Nicole is a member of the Wealth Counsel and Elder Counsel attorney network.
Nicole has been recognized as an “Ohio Rising Star” by Ohio Super Lawyers Magazine and received a YWCA Women of Excellence Award.
She is the proud mom of three kids ranging in age from college to elementary, 2 fur babies Scout and Bella, and has been married for over 23 years.
